Job Description

Senior contract engagement embedded with a client transition lead, owning the delivery framework across pre-completion mobilisation, Day 1 change of control, and successor fund transfer (SFT) planning and execution.

What you'll own

Transition plan covering completion readiness and SFT foundations
n
Administrator service model - re-mapping interfaces, reporting, data flows and AML schema from the seller
n
Day 1 change-of-control readiness: trustee records, governance history, continuity of the existing provider set
n
SFT scoping and equivalence, and payday super limited service period regulatory relief
n
8+ years in superannuation with two or more SFTs or administrator changes taken end to end
n
Deep insider knowledge of a major Australian administrator - transitions, multi-fund and client service operations
n
Insurance transition capability - cover mapping, equivalent rights, grandfathering decisions
n
Corporate or employer-sponsored fund experience,



including trustee and principal-employer governance
n
Able to operate as the sole embedded specialist, self-directed alongside a client team with existing day jobs
n

Essential requirements

8+ years in superannuation with two or more SFTs or administrator changes taken end to end
n
Deep insider knowledge of a major Australian administrator - transitions, multi-fund and client service operations
n
Insurance transition capability - cover mapping, equivalent rights, grandfathering decisions
n
Corporate or employer-sponsored fund experience, including trustee and principal-employer governance
n
Able to operate as the sole embedded specialist, self-directed alongside a client team with existing day jobs

Adaptable on: BA or PM weighting - either discipline considered. Defined advantage exposure, Sydney base and formal PM certification desirable, not required.
