Job Description

The City of Hobart's Open Space Group, Parks and Reserves Team is seeking a permanent, full time supervisor to lead horticultural crews across high-profile parks, reserves, and streetscapes. You will monitor and improve practices, manage work programs, and support delivery in the field.

You will hold a Certificate III in Horticulture (or Sports Turf Management) and bring hands-on experience in park maintenance, with solid leadership, planning, and stakeholder communication.
