What you'll be doing

Providing personalised customer service and guidance to help customers find the perfect eyewear solutions

Assisting customers with frame selection, lens options, and any other optical-related enquiries

Maintaining a tidy and organised store environment to create a welcoming atmosphere

Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency

Participating in regular training to continuously enhance your optical and customer service skills

What we're looking for

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the optical industry





Robust communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Enthusiasm for working as part of a team and a willingness to learn and develop new skills

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
