Charlestown Golf Club is seeking two enthusiastic and reliable apprentices to join our Grounds & Course Maintenance Team.
This is a great chance for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to develop a career in golf course maintenance, turf management or horticulture .

TAFE training component
Opportunity to gain either a Certificate in Sports Turf Management or Certificate in Horticulture
Hands-on experience across turf, gardens, irrigation, machinery and general course maintenance

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual and keen to learn
Enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team
Physically fit and happy to work in all weather conditions
Hands‑on and willing to get stuck in
Interested in turf, horticulture, landscaping or golf course maintenance
Positive and has a positive work ethic
No previous experience is required – attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
