Milky Goodness is seeking a hands-on Bakery Production Operator to join our small Western Sydney team. You will be trained across multiple production areas, from dough preparation to operating bakery machinery and packing finished products.
We value reliability, a practical approach, and the ability to learn quickly in a rotating role. Shifts are casual with 2–5 weekdays per week, and there is training and progression within a supportive small-team workplace.
