Hotel Services (Catering and Cleaning) - Rockhampton

Mercy Community is seeking Part-Time and Casual Hotel Services (Catering and Cleaning) Workers to join our friendly and dedicated team. In this role, you’ll make a real difference every day by delivering high-quality hospitality and support services that enhance the wellbeing of our residents.

What you’ll do

As a Support Service Worker, no two days are the same! You’ll take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents through:
Assisting with the preparation, assembly, and delivery of nutritious meals
Supporting dietary needs and preferences
Preparing beverages and serving meals to HACCP standards
Keeping dining areas clean, inviting, and enjoyable
Maintaining resident rooms and shared areas to a high standard
Conducting full cleans of vacated rooms to welcome new residents
Delivering laundry services with care and efficiency

About you

You’re a compassionate and reliable team player who takes pride in your work. You bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to supporting others.
Certificate III in Hospitality (or equivalent) – desirable
Previous experience in a similar role – desirable




Valid police check or willingness to obtain one
