Burnett Youth Learning Centre is seeking a values-aligned skilled to lead workplace health and safety, compliance and human resources. This 1.0 FTE role (38 hours per week) offers a supportive setting and adaptable work arrangements within a Christian-based school community.

You will manage WHS, compliance, and HR across the organisation, partnering with staff, leadership and external agencies to maintain safety, wellbeing and compliance standards while fostering a positive workplace
