FMS Group is seeking two Mobilisation Officers to join our Mackay regional team in Australia. One full time permanent role and one fixed-term maternity cover position are available.
You will coordinate employee inductions, maintain training records and ensure compliance across client sites, including BMA, Glencore and Anglo as required. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll manage mobilisation activities, track qualifications, and keep documentation up to date.
