Benedict Group of Companies in Mayfield West, NSW, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter for our Newcastle recycling facility on a 12-month contract.

You will work closely with the Site Manager and operations team to identify issues, perform repairs and minimise downtime on conveyors, crushers and processing equipment.

This hands-on role requires welding and fabrication skills, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a agile team.
