Job Description

Australian Unity is seeking a Health Concierge - Clinical Scheduling Coordinator to ensure timely, high-quality care for customers living at home. You will manage scheduling of allied health and nursing services, triage referrals, coordinate bookings and respond to intraday changes.

In this hybrid role you will liaise with clinicians and third-party providers, align service instructions with provider guidelines and support workforce planning to deliver compassionate, effective care.
