We're looking for a hands-on Trade Assistant to support our Service Technicians in our busy Service Centre. You'll play a key role in keeping our workshop running smoothly - assisting with the disassembly and assembly of customer products, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and helping ensure every job is completed safely and to a high standard. This is a excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who's looking to build hands-on experience and grow their skills in a supportive team setting.

Responsibilities & Duties
n
n
Disassembling and assembling customer products under the guidance and supervision of qualified technicians
n
General cleaning of parts and workshop area
n
Painting and final assembly of products
n
Packing and preparing products for shipment
n
Assisting Service Technicians with other repairs and servicing of products
n
Operating plant and equipment, e.g. overhead crane and forklift
n
Ensuring all company and WHS procedures are followed at all times
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
General mechanical experience required
n
Forklift licence preferred
n
Previous experience operating an overhead crane preferred
n
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
A reliable, hands-on team player with a good work ethic
n
n
