About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Learning Centre Manager / Course Coordinator to lead our centre.
Location: Western and Northern Suburbs
This is a dynamic leadership role combining team management, parent engagement, and operational coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring the centre runs smoothly while delivering a high-quality learning experience for students and families.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day centre operations
Manage, support, and supervise tutors
Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular progress updates
Coordinate class schedules, attendance, and student placements
Maintain a structured, positive, and high-performing learning setting
Ensure smooth communication between staff, students, and families
What We're Looking For
Robust organisational and leadership skills
Minimum of 3+ years management or leadership experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Experience in education, tutoring, or customer-facing roles (preferred)
Must hold current Working with Children Check and Police Check
