The Role As the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee the entire housekeeping department, ensuring flawless presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, uphold 5‑star service standards, and collaborate closely with hotel leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing housekeeping team

Ensure consistent delivery of luxury cleaning standards

Manage linen, amenities, equipment, and supplier relationships

Conduct inspections and implement continuous improvement

Oversee rosters, training, onboarding, and performance management

Ensure every guest enjoys a flawless, luxurious stay





Maintain WHS, chemical handling, and Fair Work compliance

About You You are a polished hospitality qualified with a passion for luxury service and a talent for leading large teams. You bring:

Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a 4–5 star hotel

Strong leadership, communication, and people‑management skills

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to presentation standardsi

Confidence managing budgets, suppliers, and operational KPIs

Ability to thrive in quick‑paced, high‑expectation environments

A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
