Role Description

We have a contractor role available with capacity for full time hours for a General or Clinical Psychologist. The role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client caseload across a range of presentations, with flexibility to develop your practice around your areas of interest and expertise. You'll be joining a small, supportive team where clinicians are valued, encouraged to share ideas, and supported to do their best work. We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality psychological care, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to build a long-term role within a friendly and growing practice.

About the Successful Candidate
n
n
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist
n
We welcome and support clinicians with special interests e.g. couples counselling, EMDR
n
Eligibility to provide psychological services through Medicare
n
Confident with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT
n
A current National Police Check and Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain
n
Value building robust therapeutic relationships with clients and developing relationships with referrers
n
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
