Job Description

Future Fund Australia is seeking an experienced learning and capability qualified to join the Future Fund Academy on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will shape and deliver learning experiences that build organisational capability and support culture and strategic priorities.

You will coordinate Academy operations, engage with stakeholders across the Agency, and contribute to design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning initiatives, leveraging Workday Learning and LMS tools.
