The Opportunity As a Sales Associate,



you’ll play an integral role in supporting a successful sales team while gaining valuable experience across the entire sales process.

Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting the team with listings, campaigns and day-to-day sales activity
Following up buyers, leads and database contacts
Assisting with open homes and private inspections
Prospecting and building solid relationships with buyers and sellers
Assisting with offers, contracts and sales administration
Coordinating photography, marketing and property campaigns
Maintaining the CRM and ensuring leads are followed up
Learning from experienced agents with the opportunity to progress your own sales career

To be successful, you will have:
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration – essential
A strong work ethic and hunger to succeed
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence speaking with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
A genuine interest in residential property and sales
Solid organisation skills and attention to detail
Motivation to learn, develop and progress within the industry
