Previous experience handling timber or working in a sawmill environment (highly regarded)

Solid commitment to workplace health and safety

Tasks & responsibilities

Unloading incoming log trucks with grab
n
Assessing logs to make sure they are within parameters
n
Feeding selected logs onto the infeed deck with grab
n
Full time, driving a modern Volvo L110F loader in a growing company. Located in a historic city with positive-priced housing and nearby access to beaches and camping/boating.

Fixed hours on a day shift with overtime available if desired
