The position This is a prized role within for a Dispatcher - Transport Bookings coordinating the bookings for drivers and deliveries, pick ups and exports of pharma products. You will be an Operations Allrounder using computers daily for bookings, emails and calls, and various operational support duties.

Your main functions will be:

Scheduling bookings for a fleet of x12 drivers

Coordinate delivery times and locations for customers

Scheduling via the computer system

Plan best routes and paths for drivers

Organising items for air freight for overseas movements

Hours 6am to 2pm - Monday to Friday (full time perm role)

Cross checking all documents and notes

Tullamarine location near the Airport 5 days a week

The experience needed To be considered for this role; you ideally have experience in transport bookings, coordinating dispatch, fleet control, and organisational part of transport with drivers where things are leaving depot/warehouse or related setting.

Experience in scheduling or bookings for field teams

Ideally experience in coordinating drivers or fleets

Ability to plan routes and delivery paths

Ability to use technology and computer systems

Organisation skills and time management

Comfortable with the start times 6am daily
