Have a genuine passion to make a difference in people lives Value teamwork and be able to show initiative Provide exceptional personal care and support to residents Detail to documentation including care plans, behaviour support plans, family consultations. Advanced Communication skills. AHPRA Registered Nurse registration Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded) Current National Police Check An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes Be vaccinated against COVID 19 Have or willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance
