The Calile Hotel in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join its leadership team on a full time basis. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will lead daily hotel operations across the Rooms Division and drive exceptional guest experiences with a hands-on, cooperative approach.
You will mentor and empower team members, uphold service standards, manage procedures and financial processes, and work with departments to achieve brand integrity and performance goals.
