Job Description

Polestar Australia is seeking a Customer Engagement Advisor to join the Customer Service team. You will manage inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social media, delivering a seamless, luxury customer experience throughout the buying journey.

You will build relationships, log interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service. The role begins as a six-month contract with potential transition to permanent full time employment based on performance.
