Are you passionate about agriculture and keen to start a hands‑on career in seed technology? We are currently seeking a Trainee Seed Treatment Operator based in Griffith to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in film coating, seed encrusting, and pelleting operations
Operate and maintain seed treatment machinery
Support quality control and product handling
Learn industry best practices and safety protocols. (WHS)
What We’re Looking For:
A robust interest in seed processing and treatment technologies.
Willingness to learn and follow detailed processes and operate processing machines.
Well organised, hardworking and a team player
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
Valid forklift licence (LF) is desirable, or willing to obtain.
Previous experience not required but would be an added advantage.
Must have the right to work in Australia.
