AIRPORT PASSENGER & RAMP AGENT (Sydney & Melbourne) Responsible for achieving prescribed customer service standards, ensuring agreed handling services are delivered effectively, maintaining on-time departures and reliable baggage delivery, and monitoring station KPIs. Support the Station Head in leading the station team professionally, providing training and guidance while ensuring the safety and security of all ground handling operations in coordination with Head Office and relevant authorities.

Key responsibilities

Ensure SGHA/SLA services and contracts are fully met while maintaining service standards

Monitor passenger and ramp handling for protected, effective, and on-time operations





Maintain solid relationships with airport authorities and handling agents

Maintain station records, training documentation, contracts, and audit compliance

Support station budget control and effective resource management

Maintain communication with Head Office and relevant management teams

Achieve operational KPIs and contribute to corporate objectives
