Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels to support Agile delivery outcomes. Demonstrated experience coaching individuals and teams in Agile principles, fostering high-performing, self-managing teams. Demonstrated ability to identify, assess and manage risks, dependencies and impediments that impact delivery outcomes. Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Agile frameworks, methodologies and tools in a complex ICT setting.
