This is a full-time administration and job processing role in glass manufacturing. You will be responsible for data entry, processing customer orders, preparing glass cutting sheets, and managing the day-to-day flow of jobs through the Monday ERP system. You will work with measurements, numbers, and systems while liaising with customers, management, and production staff.

Checking and cross-referencing job details
Working with measurements and everyday mathematics
General administration, email and computer tasks
Liaising with customers, management and production staff

Highly motivated and reliable
Extremely accurate with excellent attention to detail
Valuable with numbers, measurements and everyday mathematics
Able to cross-reference information and identify errors
Comfortable following systems, procedures and management direction
Organised and able to manage multiple jobs
Confident with computers and willing to learn recent software
A good communicator who enjoys being part of a team
Takes pride in their work and wants to become highly competent in their role
