Interquip is a division of MACA Ltd and is a multi-disciplinary company with a proven track record in delivering small to large scale EPC and EPCM projects for the resources sector specializing in the design and construction of mineral processing for clients across Australia.

We have outstanding prospects to lead greenfield or a brownfield EPC gold projects in WA.

Responsibilities include:

n

n
Lead the delivery of major EPC construction works from engineering design through to completion and handover.
n
Champion strong relationships with client, contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
n
Coordinate multiple concurrent construction work fronts across process plant, infrastructure and site services packages.
n
Monitor project performance against budget and schedule, supporting contract management, forecasting and risk mitigation activities.
n
Ensure all works are delivered safely in accordance with approved designs,



technical specifications and project standards.
n
Liaise with and manage the project client to ensure Company outcomes are achieved.
n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

n

n
A Bachelors' Degree in Engineering or equivalent hands on experience in Construction Management.
n
5+ years experience in a Construction Project Manager (or like) role on remote resource projects (circa $100M+)
n
Detailed understanding of in Processing Plant construction, with gold processing experience (desirable)
n
Solid understanding of multidisciplinary construction across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation disciplines
n
High level of communication skills, including written, oral and presentation and an ability to communication with people at all levels.
n
Developed Estimating / Scheduling and Analytical skills.
