Bar Copains (Surry Hills): A one-hatted, friendly neighbourhood wine bar celebrating friendship and French bistro charm.
Bessies (Surry Hills): A one-hatted, Mediterranean wood fire restaurant focusing on Food, Fire + Friends.
Alma’s (Surry Hills): A cocktail bar within Bessies, focusing on the classics and valuable times
Vin-Cenzo's (Darlinghurst): A two-hatted, European - Italian leaning restaurant + supper club, underpinned by old school hospitality charm
La Buvette (Potts Point): Our newest venue, an intimate French wine bar in the heart of Potts Point
Role Summary
Our front of house team love working in hospitality and bring that energy to our guests every single day.
Great hospitality is at the forefront of everything we do.
We're currently looking for Section Waiter/Waitress' and bar all rounders to join the team, with opportunities across our venues.
Requirements
A genuine interest in old school hospitality service
1 years experience working in hospitality
Valid RSA
Friendly, easy going but qualified nature
