About The Role As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll play an key role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, independence and choice.

Working Alongside Our Experienced Care Team, You Will

Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents

Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living

Support residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing

Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Observe and report changes in residents’ health, behaviour or wellbeing

Maintain accurate care documentation

Follow all relevant care, infection control and workplace health and safety requirements

Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and the wider care team

We’re looking for someone who is:

Caring, compassionate and genuinely passionate about supporting older people

Respectful of residents’ dignity, privacy, culture and individual choices

qualified and committed to providing high-quality care

A solid communicator who works well as part of a team

Confident working independently and managing competing priorities

Committed to continuous learning and development

You Will Have

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent

Previous experience working in aged care is desirable

Current Police Check and relevant screening requirements

Australian working rights
