About the Prospect Ensure a seamless booking experience for all guests across our restaurants. You will answer inbound calls and emails for reservation bookings, respond to general enquiries, manage guest feedback, and troubleshoot guest problems.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

Customer service experience within the Hospitality Industry is an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication





Knowledge retention with the ability to learn and memorise information consistently

Attention to detail and ability to proactively clarify information

Able to multi-task and manage time effectively

Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure and consistently project a warm and friendly persona

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to quickly navigate through multiple screens using diverse computer programs and systems

Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
