We are looking for an experienced real estate administration skilled.
This is a part time role with Coast2Bay Housing Group's own Real Estate business, Purpose Real Estate, it is currently offered from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 2 pm. It’s ideal for:
Someone with real estate experience who enjoys behind-the-scenes work with fixed hours and minimal troubleshooting
A parent seeking school-hours-only work
As the business and portfolio grows, there may be prospects for additional hours and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Daily input and reconciliations for the Trust Account
Transaction processing, reconciliations and payment runs including Owner and Creditor disbursements
Assist Property Managers with daily admin and workflow tasks
Data entry, document preparation, uploading, and e-filing
Drafting entry notices, work orders, and other agency correspondence
Scheduling compliance tasks like smoke alarm testing
Conduct quality assurance checks on documentation
Support ad-hoc office needs with flexibility and initiative
What You’ll Bring
Strong real estate administration experience in a busy office environment
Competence in data entry, typing, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
Familiarity with Reapit or similar Real Estate CRM
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive work ethic
A willingness to learn, adapt, and support the team
