Manage procurement of office supplies, vendor relationships and service contracts to maintain cost-effective operations. Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including allocating tasks, monitoring performance and providing on-the-job guidance.
Key responsibilities
Plan, organise and coordinate day-to-day administrative functions and office operations to ensure effective and timely business support
Manage procurement of office supplies, vendor relationships and service contracts to maintain cost-effective operations
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including allocating tasks, monitoring performance and providing on-the-job guidance
Develop, implement and review administrative systems, procedures and filing structures to improve workflow efficiency and regulatory compliance
Prepare correspondence, reports,
meeting minutes and presentations on behalf of management
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal meetings, client appointments and company events
Maintain records management systems including personnel files, financial documentation and compliance registers
Liaise with external service providers, government agencies and stakeholders to support organisational requirements
About you
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or office management role
Robust organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB) desirable
