Tenterfield Shire Council in NSW is seeking a full time Leading Hand (Roads – Sealed) to supervise a small crew responsible for sealed road maintenance and rehabilitation across the Shire. This hands-on role combines leadership with practical field work to ensure communities have secure, reliable roads.

You will plan daily tasks, mentor crew members and contractors, enforce protected work practices, and coordinate traffic controls in line with Traffic Control Plans. NSW HR Licence required.
