Gladstone Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced, friendly workplace. You will work under the Head Chef and contribute to a high standard of contemporary, quality dishes.
We require at least 3 years in a skilled kitchen, the ability to work a 5-day week across a 7-day operation, and a minimum Cert IV qualification or equivalent. Strong presentation and food hygiene practices are essential.
