Job Description

First Focus seeks a senior CX leader to shape and execute a customer experience strategy across delivery teams. You will combine customer feedback with data to prioritize improvements that ease, speed, and inform customers at every step.

You will influence priorities without direct authority, champion a Super‐Green standard, and develop capabilities through coaching and training while reporting to the Chief Experience Officer. This is a Sydney-based role in NSW, Australia.
