Be the business hub — connecting sales, the workshop floor, and our customers. Manage job timelines, quoting, customer communication, and day-to-day workflow. Oversee cash flow, P&L;, stock ordering, and WHS compliance. Work directly alongside the Managing Director, BDM, and Production Manager.

About you

Experience in business management, operations, or workshop coordination
n
Strong people skills — comfortable with customers, tradespeople, and management

Commercially minded with basic financial literacy (P&L;, cash flow)
n
Organised and proactive
n
Background in heavy vehicle, trade, or transport industry an advantage — not essential
