Noẽma, a current Melbourne CBD restaurant from Lucas Collective, opens this November with Mediterranean inspired cuisine and Josper grilling theatre. We are seeking top Sous Chefs to join the opening team, assisting the Head Chef to manage day-to-day kitchen operations and coach the team.
