Opal Packaging is seeking 8 Production Workers to join our converting cardboard manufacturing operation in Rocklea, Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a leading Australian packaging manufacturer, with comprehensive training provided and long-term career opportunities available.

About the Role

Working as part of our production team, you will support the manufacture and conversion of corrugated cardboard packaging products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Day Shift Hours:
Monday to Friday
6:00am – 2:00pm
Overtime available upon successful completion of training and competency sign-off

Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring converting machinery
Feeding and handling cardboard materials
Packing and palletising finished products
Completing quality checks and inspections
Following safe work procedures and site standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working collaboratively to achieve production targets

Highly Regarded but Not Essential
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Experience operating machinery
Experience in packaging, warehousing, or production settings

Full training will be provided for successful candidates.
