About the Role:

n

You'll support participants with:

n

n
Daily living skills (meal prep, cleaning, personal care)
n
Community access (appointments, social activities)
n
Supporting participants with intellectual disabilities and complex behaviours
n
Minimum 1+ years of experience working with people with disabilities is required
n
Following care plans and maintaining transparent progress notes
n
Working adaptable shifts – including weekends, evenings, and overnights
n

What You'll Need:

n

NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
All required certifications must be obtained before starting work
n




First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
NDIS Orientation Module
n
Australian Driver's Licence + own insured vehicle
n
Robust communication skills and reliability
n
Availability for a variety of shifts
n
Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (preferred, not essential)
n

Valid work visa or Australian work rights are acceptable for this position
