Job Description

WISE Employment is seeking compassionate Job Coaches to empower individuals with disabilities through targeted employment prospects. You will work towards KPIs, support participants with resumes and interview prep, and build relationships with employers to create sustainable pathways into work.

You will travel to outreach sites, engage with diverse job seekers, and contribute to a Not-for-Profit salary packaging program while benefiting from wellness days and tech provided by the company.
