About the opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer enquiries and orders across a broad and varied medical device portfolio, providing responsive and solutions-focused support.
n
You will take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to resolution, managing quotes, orders, back orders, credits, warranties, repairs and product-related enquiries.
n
Working closely with Sales, Warehouse and Operations, you will play an important role in delivering an efficient and positive customer experience.

Duties

Process customer quotes and orders
n
Manage customer enquiries end-to-end
n
Resolve complaints through to completion
n
Manage warranties and faulty products
n
Coordinate product repair requests
n
Liaise with Sales and Warehouse
n
Maintain accurate customer records
n
Prepare Excel reports and databases
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Medical device or Medtech industry experience
n
Established phone-based customer service experience
n
Demonstrated career stability
n
Strong Excel and systems skills
n
SAP experience will be highly regarded.
