a well-regarded Sydney law firm , is continuing to grow and is looking to add an

experienced Associate to its high-performing Litigation practice .

The firm has established a solid reputation for high-quality, commercially focused legal work,

acting for a broad range of businesses, directors, shareholders, and private clients .

The practice handles sophisticated and often complex matters, with a particular focus on

commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring, corporations and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, and litigation .

About you

2+ years' post-qualification experience

in commercial and insolvency litigation

(insolvency litigation experience is essential for this role).

Demonstrated ability to manage matters with a degree of independence while working collaboratively within a close-knit, high-performing team.
