The role includes
Diagnosing and repairing phones and tablets
Completing screen, battery, charging-port and other common repairs
Providing accurate repair quotations and skilled customer service
Selling phone accessories and recommending suitable products
Essential requirements
Professional phone repair experience
Mobile phone or accessories sales experience
Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
Reliability, honesty and a strong customer focus
Availability to work shopping‐centre hours, including weekends
