Job Description
Pilbara Ports in Port Hedland and Dampier is seeking a Training and Capability Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract to coordinate and elevate learning and development across the organisation.
You will identify capability needs, conduct training needs analysis, support training compliance, manage learning content and reporting, and assist with the rollout of the Pilbara Ports training model, partnering with managers to build workforce capability in a safety-critical workplace.
