BFS Children's Services at BFS Wilton OOSH is seeking a Second In Charge to support the director, deliver quality early childhood education, and foster positive relationships with children and families. You will help ensure a secure, engaging setting and contribute ideas to the program and day-to-day operations.
The role is permanent part time, with 6.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, starting October 2026. Diploma is desirable; experience with school-aged children and safeguarding is valued.
