HammondCare is seeking an experienced full time Occupational Therapist to support aged care residents across dementia-specific residential homes in the Hunter region.
The role is based at Waratah (3 days), Cardiff (1 day) and Scone (1 day) with travel between sites.
You will develop and implement individualized and group programs, promote health ageing, reablement and best practice dementia care, and work within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
