Pan Pacific Recycling Pty Ltd is seeking an experiencedWarehouse Supervisorto join our team in Crestmead, Queensland.
This is afull-time positionthat offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage warehouse operations in the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities, overseeing staff, maintaining safety standards, and optimising warehouse processes.
This position is integral to our operational success and directly impacts the productivity and performance of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate incoming goods, including checking quantities, condition and supporting documentation.
Manage dispatch preparation and ensure outgoing goods are accurately recorded and documented.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
Organise warehouse zoning, storage locations and material identification.
Assist with stocktakes and investigate stock discrepancies.
Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping, safety and organisation.
Coordinate daily warehouse priorities and supervise a small warehouse team.
Work hands-on within the warehouse when required.
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
Identify operational issues and implement practical improvements.
Assist with developing and maintaining warehouse procedures for receiving, storage, stock movement, dispatch and stock control.
Provide regular updates to management regarding stock, warehouse performance and operational issues.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in warehouse, stores,



logistics or similar operations.
Has experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, Leading Hand or similar.
Has strong knowledge of goods receiving, dispatch and stock control.
Is organised, practical and comfortable working hands-on.
Can supervise and coordinate a small team.
Has good communication and problem-solving skills.
Is confident using basic inventory systems and spreadsheets.
Has a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Holds a current forklift licence.
Experience inrecycling, manufacturing, industrial warehousing or waste managementwould be highly regarded.
