Your Team
Hollard's Group Compliance Function (Group Compliance) forms part of the designated Line 2 Risk team for the Hollard Insurance Companies and plays a key role in supporting the effective management of compliance risk, within Hollard's broader Risk Management Framework.
Group Compliance currently has 3 teams -Breach Assessment Team, Compliance Oversight Team, and Compliance Enablement Team
About the Role
Reporting to a Lead Compliance Principal or Senior Compliance Principal within Group Compliance, you may work in one, or a combination of the functions listed above.
Compliance professionals are transferable and flexible, as a requirement of the role.
Your duties and responsibilities
Assisting with deep-dive thematic reviews and/or analysis to identify gaps in compliance or regulatory compliance issues
Providing compliance advice, including on the effectiveness of compliance risk management at Hollard.
Supporting regulatory lodgements or responding to Regulator requests from ASIC, APRA, the OAIC and other organisations




Supporting and providing compliance advice on regulatory change projects (e.g., Privacy Act Review)
Developing and maintaining reports that can be relied upon by the business to ensure all relevant compliance requirements are considered
About You
Experience in a Line 2 Compliance role or similar function
End to end Complianceprocessingskills obtained within the General Insurance industry is preferred
Good knowledge and understandingof the regulatory compliance landscape(APRAprudential standards, Corporations Act & Regulations, ASIC Act and Regulatory Guides, Insurance Contracts Act, and the GI Code of Practice) is required
Ability to access correct compliance information orseek outappropriate guidanceasrequired
