RediMed is expanding its HR team with a newly created full-time HR Advisor role based at the Eagle Farm Clinic, reporting to the HR Manager in WA.
You will be the first point of contact for managers, supporting the employee lifecycle and helping manage cultural change during growth.
This role offers autonomy within a rapid-paced environment, exposure to ER/IR, onboarding, policy development, recruitment coordination, and HR reporting across our east coast presence.
