Supporting one participant at home and in the community. Primary shifts are 8:30am to 3:30pm, extending to afternoons and overnights, with shifts available 7 days a week.

Supporting complex pain management
Community access, including loading a wheelchair into a van

About you
Female only role
Experience with hoisting, transfers and manual handling (essential)
Experience with bowel care and supporting people with high physical needs
Clear English and solid communication skills
Reliable and dependable. Consistency matters enormously in this role.
Current driver's licence and NDIS workers check
Cert 3 in disability or equivalent or reasonable proof of experience in the area
