Job Description
Marist180 in Western Sydney is seeking a House Manager for a permanent full‐time role overseeing a residential setting for young people.
You will coordinate rostering, budgets, and care planning while promoting a safe, stable setting and leading a team of staff and carers.
You will collaborate with Therapeutic Specialists, Caseworkers and HR, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff development and effective community partnerships.
On-call duties may apply.
